The failure of Pan Am to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision.
12. Jurisdiction. The Content of this Site is presented solely for information use in the United States. Pan Am makes no representation that this Site or its Content is appropriate or available for use in other jurisdictions. This site is not intended for distribution to, or use by, any person or entity, or any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to local law or regulation or would subject Pan Am or any of its affiliates to any liability. 13. Governing Law.
